The Turkish occupation state continues the policy of strict isolation that it imposes in Imrali prison on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and in return the struggle of the people continues to achieve his physical freedom.

A member of the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Manbij and its countryside, Adnan Khalifa, about what follows in Imrali prison, said: “The Turkish occupation state continues to impose isolation on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, the owner of the democratic nation project to solve the crises of the Middle East, for more than two years under the pretext of disciplinary sanctions.

In their response to the strict isolation, he affirmed, "We, the Committee for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, call on human rights and humanitarian organizations, foremost among them the Committee Against Torture (CPT), which visited the leader and did not provide any information about his situation, to carry out their moral and humanitarian duty, and to allow his family and lawyers to meet with him, and we, the people of NE, Syria, will strive and fight with the thought and philosophy of freedom in order to achieve the leader's physical freedom."

For her part, Buthaina al-Hassan, a member of the initiative, described the policy of the Turkish authorities in Imrali as inhumane, disregarding international resolutions and humanitarian organizations, and said: "We do not know anything about the leader's situation, as the Turkish occupation state prevents his family and lawyer from visiting him."

Initiative member Muhammad Hossam al-Shawakh believes that the disciplinary sanctions imposed by the Turkish authorities are a new method of psychological pressure on the leader Ocalan, ruling out that Turkey will achieve its goal of influencing him and those who believe in his ideas. "Turkey will not reach its goals as long as there are people struggling with the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan."

For her part, committee member Rabia Bakro considered the pressures exerted against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, preventing visits from him and threatening his life, as a continuation of the international conspiracy led by the capitalist countries through Turkey, stressing their continued struggle to achieve his physical freedom and thwart the plans of those countries.
