KNK drew attention to Hakan Fidan's role in killing many Kurdish fighters and leaders.

The Executive Council of KNK said that the visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to Iraq and the Kurdistan region took place to justify and continue Ankara's attacks on the region.

KNK indicated that the State of Iraq recognizes the rights of the Kurds and their existence according to the basic constitution, and stated that Turkey is trying to make the State of Iraq as the era of Saddam Hussein's regime.

KNK made clear that the goal of the Turkish state was to "defeat the interests of the Kurdish people" and referred to Turkey's position during the independence referendum six years ago.

KNK described the method of receiving Hakan Fidan in Hewler as a shameful method, and stated that many Kurdish fighters and leaders were martyred by a decision of Hakan Fidan.

KNK called on the Iraqi government not to cooperate with the Turkish state, and demanded to stand in the face of its attacks, and also called on all Kurdish forces to stand up to the occupation and take their place in the struggle for Kurdish freedom.

KNK saluted the People's Defense Forces, which are confronting the attacks of the Turkish occupation army in Zap, Matina, and Avashin.
