HPG carries out a series of qualitative operations against Turkish occupation

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a written statement to the public opinion about a series of operations by the Guerrilla Forces and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army, in which it stated:

Martyr Dalil area west of Zap;

On August 7, at 10:00 and 13:20, our Guerrilla forces carried out two specific operations against the Turkish aggression army in the Resistance Square in Tal Judy with heavy weapons, and inflicted heavy blows on two trenches of the occupation.

On the same date, our fighters in the Free Women Units - Star carried out a qualitative operation at exactly 15:30 against the occupation soldiers in the Resistance Square in Tal Judy with their heavy weapons, and dealt a heavy blow to one of the trenches of the Turkish aggression.

On August 8, at 10:50, 12:45, and 15:30, our Guerilla forces also carried out another qualitative operation against the occupation in the Resistance Square in Tal Judy, with heavy weapons, and were targeted 3 times in a row.

On the same date, our Guerrilla forces, led by the Free Women Units - Star, dealt strong blows at 16:00 to the Turkish occupation soldiers with semi-automatic weapons.

Attack helicopters of the Turkish occupation bombed on August 8, at around 20:30, the resistance square in Tal Judy, as our forces targeted a Skorsky helicopter while trying to land in the square and an attack helicopter, and forced both helicopters to move away from the square.

  Zap region:

On August 7, at 07:00, our Guerrilla forces targeted a bulldozer of the Turkish occupation army while it was trying to destroy our resistance trenches in the Resistance Square in the Sidaya area, with heavy weapons, and the bulldozer's work stopped during it.

Our Guerrilla forces also dealt strong blows to the Turkish occupation soldiers at 06:30, while they were walking in the Resistance Square in the Sidaya area, with their heavy weapons.

The attacks of the Turkish occupation army;

On the 6th and 7th of August, warplanes of the Turkish occupation bombed the Resistance Square in Bihar Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, once, as well as the Resistance Square in the Sidaya area in Zap, once, and the village square of Shilaza in the Matina region once, as they bombed the aforementioned areas in total 3 times.

On the same dates, helicopter gunships bombed the Resistance Square in Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap.

The areas of Zap, the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap, and the Matina area were bombed with artillery by the Turkish occupation army.
