Whenever the revolution of July 19, 2012 took a step forward, attacks against it escalated from all directions, with the aim of thwarting and eliminating it.

With the outbreak of the spark of the revolution a lot of the forces hostile to it began to grimace their fangs and attack the revolution and its gains on various political, intellectual, military, cultural and economic levels.

These forces attacked the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood on the 10th of March 2012, months before the announcement of the July 19 revolution, where the member of Kongra Star and the People's Assembly in the neighborhood, Guli Selmo were martyred.

In late 2012, the Turkish occupation state introduced mercenary groups to the city of Serêkaniyê through its border gate.

Also, the Afrin canton was not immune from attacks. In 2013, mercenary groups affiliated with the Turkish occupation army repeatedly attacked the city of Afrin to occupy it.

After the declaration of democratic Autonomous Administration in the cantons of Jazera, Kobani, and Afrin in January 2014, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, came out and said: "There is no revolution in Rojava!" Not only that, but his bulldozers began digging trenches between western and southern Kurdistan, In June of the same year, a meeting was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman with participation ofthe Kurdistan Democratic Party, Turkey, and some international parties.

After the Amman meeting, ISIS mercenaries were established, and a few days later, the Iraqi army handed over the city of Mosul to these mercenaries without any significant resistance, and not a single bullet came out of the barrel of its weapons. With these weapons, ISIS mercenaries attacked Şengal district on August 3, 2014, killing thousands of its residents, raping and kidnapping women, after the militants of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Iraqi army fled.

On September 15, 2014, Turkey directed the compass of ISIS mercenaries, who had been established under the claim of "overthrowing the regime," to Kobani to fight the Autonomous Administration. The resistance shown in Kobani, which lasted 134 days, became famous in the world, which sympathized with the Kurds, and their resistance culminated in victory over ISIS mercenaries.

After that, the Syrian Democratic Forces were established on October 10, 2015, to be these forces for all Syrians, as it embraced (Arabs, Kurds, Syriacs, Assyrians, Circassians, Turkmens and Chechens), after which the liberation campaigns began.

In 2016, after the elimination of ISIS mercenaries in Manbij on August 15, 2016, Turkey began occupying the Syrian regions on August 24, 2016, starting with the city of Jarabulus and reaching the city of Al-Bab, with international approval.

One day before the Turkish invasion of Syrian territory, KDP officials were in Turkey.

When the Syrian Democratic Forces directed their fighters to liberate the city of al-Tabqa and al-Raqqa in 2017, and at a time when the alleged capital of the Islamic caliphate was about to fall, the first Turkish air attack took place on the region, as dozens of Turkish aircraft bombed the People's Protection Units command center in the city Dêrik on April 25, 2017, knowing that the skies of NE Syria were under the control of the international coalition led by the United States of America.

At a time when all eyes were turning to Raqqa and waiting for the inevitable fall of ISIS mercenaries, the Kurdistan Democratic Party held the independence referendum on September 25, 2017, which led to the fall of the city of Kirkuk on October 10, 2017. The handing over of the city of Kirkuk to the Iraqi forces was a step to underestimate the victories achieved by the Kurds in Syria.

After the defeat of ISIS mercenaries in Raqqa on October 20, 2017, Russia withdrew from Afrin, and after a legendary resistance that lasted 58 days, Turkey occupied the city of Afrin on March 18, 2018.

On October 9, 2019, coinciding with the anniversary of the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and after the withdrawal of the American forces from their bases, the Turkish occupation army attacked the cities of Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî to occupy them.

Turkey was not the only party to implement the blockade, but the Damascus government and the Kurdistan Democratic Party used the ports as a weapon to besiege the regions of NE Syria.

Also, an international blockade was imposed on the region, and the Tel Koçer / Al-Yarubiyah crossing, which is located on the Syrian-Iraqi border, was closed after Moscow and Beijing used their veto power in the UN Security Council over the passage of United Nations aid in early 2020.

However, the crossings under the control of jihadist and mercenary groups classified as "terrorists" remained open.

In addition to the economic blockade, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and so-called Kurdish National Council, ENKS, tried to distort the image of the Autonomous Administration and repeatedly made offensive and hostile statements to the Autonomous Administration.

As another form of attack on the Autonomous Administration system, the so-called ENKS rejected all attempts to arrange the Kurdish house, and conditioned the success of these rapprochements on abolishing the concept of joint presidency, and changing the approach of the Autonomous Administration and replacing it with the Ba'athist regime's.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party and its ally ENKS, were not satisfied with that, but went further, and in recent years they tried to legitimize Turkey's occupation of the cities of Afrin, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî, as ENKS officials stated this, and called on its forcibly displaced people to return. The Barzani Charity Association also opened branches for it in the occupied areas of Afrin.

These attacks have not stopped to this day, the Damascus government has so far refused dialogue with the Autonomous Administration, and the Turkish occupation state continues its ground and air attacks and is searching in the international arena for bargains and bartering to launch wider attacks.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party has not stopped visiting Turkey to this day to develop plots against the Autonomous Administration and the Kurdish movement.
