We publish the second chapter of a summary of leader Abdullah Ocalan's assessments in 1994 about the Great Strike of July 14th.

Operation Great Strike of July 14, 1982 was carried out by the leaders of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) Muhammed Khairy Dormoush, Kemal Pir, Akif Yilmaz and Ali Cicek against all kinds of torture in Amed prison.

Kemal Pir was martyred on September 7, 1982, Muhammad Khairy Dormoush on September 12, Akif Yilmaz on September 15, and Ali Cicek on September 17.

People's struggle must be successful

"The solution is definitely to be able to participate like them. Because the policy of annihilation towards us is still going on. It is the same policy and the same danger. Why are we dissolving ourselves like this? It is the comradeship of the struggle completely. Everyone works by dissolving himself. There is no argument about that! This is how you must live and bear it. This is the meaning of this great decision day and all similar decisions. The highest and most intense practical application is one of the requirements of this decision. It is still and will continue to be so."

A great decision has been made and it must be implemented in life

Certainly, you cannot say, "This call cannot be heard, this call has long been forgotten." This great decision has been made and must be implemented in life. It is the only correct decision and you must understand it. This is a lifelong decision; It is the last and most difficult decision the human race can make. What does the reality of your life mean other than sticking to it and meeting its requirements? What could it mean other than be part of his success?

To participate in this party and its line of struggle is to join it unconditionally, regardless of the period and the age difference. Now this is a great people's decision, a people's identity decision, a leadership decision, a resistance decision. It can never be trampled on, dragged right and left by any inadequacy, destroyed, reduced to mediocrity, never sacrificed to individuality!

I think I've been able to stick to those decisions so far. I think we got this people to the true essence of these decisions and kept them alive, albeit limited. once again; I think we kept the party alive and fought in light of these decisions,I give all my strength to achieve their greatest goal, their decisive victory. Whatever is holding this back, inside and out, I confront it with great scope and focus.

These days are great war's days

All of this must mean something. This is a people's truth, a war truth. For the intelligent and for those who take their sense of responsibility seriously, there is much to be learned from this and it is a great power. Not taking a course in light of these decisions, which have become the property of the party and the people, is perhaps the most damning position one can engage in. All our days were added one after the other as this historic decision days episode.

The most important response to these days; You should not be complicit in the understanding and attitudes of characters who toy with core values as a result of inadequacy. These are the days of the great struggle. Days like these give every person the opportunity to purify himself, even if he is polluted up to his neck. These are the days of erasing the lives of the cursed horns in one fell swoop. This is a great opportunity.

Don't misjudge it

You can give the most correct interpretation of the entire future. The freer thinks better. except that; Don't say "I was given a good chance at life" and miscalculate it. Miscalculations may happen in the dungeon, but look; Did these comrades do that? Miscalculation may be out there, but look, did we miscalculate? Did we take it because there is potential for life? Was our departure from our pace and style far from victory and success?

It may be severely corroded outside, but are we corroded? So how can you, who are walking on the line of victory, and who are the most fortunate in practical application, draw the opposite conclusions?

Individual saving, getting out of war, getting out of tactics is very dangerous and these are attitudes and behaviors that should never be engaged in, should not be tried,or defended, for oneself and one's surroundings, for any reason whatsoever. I have only one principle and that is the glorification of life. The devotion of those who understand Me in this way, those who submit themselves in this way, is true.

It should be applied more successfully than ever before

On this basis, the covenant, participation, decision and action are given again on the anniversary of the July 14 Resistance. Many decisions and covenants have been made.

This is a partisan decision, a popular decision, a war decision, more than ever before. This decision must be implemented more successfully than ever before, with all its requirements. It must be applied more than ever before and carried out with great patience and stubbornness in the face of internal and external obstacles. The decision that will lead to more victories than ever before.

Once again; On this basis, we show our commitment to the owners of this great cause of resistance, and to the decision of all the strugglers, especially the martyrs, with their martyrdom, their lives, and their struggle. We make it practical by mastering the application in addition to the depth of analysis that guarantees success in all areas of our work, especially in the Guerrilla war. And this will certainly lead to success.
