Sects in NE, Syria:  we will escalate our struggle against Turkish occupation

The components of Qamishlo canton denounced the threats against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and pledged to escalate the struggle until his physical freedom was achieved.

Rania Haddad, a citizen of Tirbisipe district of the Syriac component, denounced the policies of systematic isolation and torture against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and explained: "The fascist Turkish state failed in the policies of imposing isolation to break the will of the leader and the democratic peoples. For this reason, it worked to send threatening messages and began practicing private war policies to influence his psyche.

Citizen Rania Haddad praised the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and considered it the only thought that seriously worked for the cause of women and their freedom within society. "The owner of these ideas deserves freedom," she stressed.

Rania Haddad called on human rights and humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately and stop the special war policies pursued against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and called on all peoples to escalate the struggle and organize events until their demands for ensuring his physical freedom are met.

Cel Agha

In her turn, the citizen, Mayada Ramadan, from the Kurdish component in Cel Agha district, denounced the threatening messages that reached the leader Abdullah Ocalan as well, and said: "The goal of sending messages to the leader is to influence his psyche inside the prison, and to escalate the pressures exerted against him in all forms."

And she continued, "Amidst the tightening of isolation on leader Ocalan to prevent the publication of his ideas and dissertations, threatening messages reach him. These failed attempts try to distance him from developing solutions and an alternative system to the current global system that deepens crises."

In order to confront these policies that target the will of the people in the person of the leader, Mayada Ramadan pledged to escalate the struggle and resistance and to rally around the ideas and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and called on all peoples to join this struggle and go out to the squares in order to achieve the physical freedom of the leader.

Tel Brak

For his part, Ibrahim al-Sarran, one of the notables of the al-Jabour tribe and the al-Bu Salem clan in the district of Tal Brak, stated that the policies of isolation and torture will not undermine the will of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the people of North and East Syria, and he said: "For more than 24 years, the policies of isolation continue against the leader Ocalan, But it did not undermine his determination and adherence to his principles for the sake of freedom, and today sending messages is a new dirty way to put pressure on leader Ocalan, but it will inevitably fail."

Ibrahim al-Sarran stressed, "We will thwart all the policies of isolation and torture that are being pursued against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, by circumventing his ideology and escalating the struggle until his physical freedom is achieved."

A member of the Executive Council of the Kurdistan Communities Union, Sabri Ok, stated, during an interview with Stirk TV, that the Turkish state and the Imrali prison administration had delivered threatening letters to the leader Abdullah Ocalan, without these messages bearing a name or address.
