Al-Hol People protest against Turkish attacks

Dozens of residents of Al-Hol district in Hasaka canton took part in a demonstration; condemning the Turkish occupation's attacks on the region and the massacre against the co-chair of the Qamishlo Canton Council, Yusra Darwish, the co-chairman of the council Lyman Shuish, and the council member Furat Touma.

The participants gathered in the demonstration in front of the educational complex in the district, holding banners reading "No to the Turkish occupation of the regions of NE Syria", "No to Erdogan's terrorism", "Women's organization is a response to the occupation's attacks", and "We are the owners of the land and Erdogan is an occupier and he must be tried." And raising pictures of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the flags of the Martyrs Families Council and the Democratic Union Party.

The demonstrators roamed the streets of the district and stopped at its main entrance. There, the co-chair of the Al-Hol district council, Judy Azad, spoke and condemned the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation against the residents of the region.

Azad indicated that the targeting of the Turkish occupation coincided with the Autonomous Administration's announcement of the start of trial of foreign ISIS mercenaries.

Judy Azad stressed, "The solidarity and cohesion of the components will achieve victory and thwart all the attacks of the Turkish occupation."

The demonstration concluded by chanting the slogan "Women, Life, Freedom".
