Obliterate identity continues in occupied territories

After the Turkish occupation state imposed its "Turkish" language and curriculum as the main language in the occupied territories, a local source from the occupied Girê Spî canton reported that what is known as the "Tal Abyad Local Council", affiliated with the Turkish occupation state, honored 30 children yesterday in the center of the occupied canton, after What the council described as "proficient in the Turkish language".

Since its occupation of Girê Spî canton in October 2019, the Turkish occupation state has deliberately consolidated the policy of Turkification, by opening institutes to teach the Turkish language as a condition for their employment.

The Turkish occupation state is systematically trying to remove the occupied areas in Syria, such as Jarabulus, Azaz, Afrin, Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê, from Syria, as it imposes the Turkish language in schools.
