Continuing undergoing teachers to training courses

The Education Body of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria AANES has completed the academic year 2023, to start working on setting its future plans and developing the education system for the next year, benefiting from the experience of last year.

Regarding the work and plans of the Education Body in North and East Syria for the next year, ANHA’s agency met with the co-chair of the body, Samira Haj Ali, who, at the beginning of her speech, congratulated all students and teachers in North and East Syria on the end of the academic year.

Regarding her plans for the teaching staff, she explained: "During the summer vacation, training courses will be opened for all teachers in North and East Syria, in addition to opening training courses for education committees with the aim of developing the educational process."

She emphasized: "The training will be in several stages and categories, after defining the areas for these groups, in addition to opening a training course for teachers within the specializations, and it will include the issue of evaluation and teaching issues."

Regarding the plan for the next academic year, at the organizational level, Samira Haj Ali said: "Annual meetings will be held with the administrations of schools and educational complexes in each committee and the Education Body in North and East Syria, to look at the difficulties and shortcomings that faced the educational process last year and make proposals for the new year." ".

She indicated, "When these meetings are over in all regions, there will be an annual meeting of the Education Authority and its committees at the level of North and East Syria."

With regard to the body's projects of restoration and teaching aids, Samira Haj Ali confirmed: "The Education Body has approved the general budget, and now projects for the second quarter in all regions are under way, such as restoration, maintenance and construction of classrooms."

The co-chair of the Education Body in North and East Syria praised the evaluation system that was introduced in all schools in North and East Syria, and stressed, "The evaluation system is the best for the region and the Autonomous Administration curriculum."

In the conclusion of her speech, Samira Haj Ali confirmed, "The evaluation system will be developed within the commission's work plan for the new academic year, and there are studies for the commission's research center to develop this system, according to the shortcomings that appeared last year."
