​​​​​​​Lebanese journalist: AANES initiative is a key factor in arranging the interior situation

At a time when Arab and Western governments are seeking to reform their relations with the Damascus government, the Autonomous Administration revealed a new initiative to solve the Syrian crisis, which was well received by a number of writers, journalists, and those interested in Syrian affairs.

In its initiative, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria affirmed its commitment to the territorial integrity of Syria, and its willingness to meet and conduct dialogue with the Damascus government and all parties.

In its nine-point initiative, its stressed that such efforts would not contradict the stalled efforts led by the United Nations to end the conflict. Adding that the solution to the Syrian crisis must take place within the country

On this issue, the Lebanese journalist Mahmoud Fakih stressed that the important thing in this initiative is to open the door for discussion to link all parts of Syria and agree on the territorial integrity and benefit from the painful experience that the country has gone through to draw lessons and solutions.

Fakih added to ANHA’s agency that "the country cannot be built again in the mentality of who is victorious and who is defeated, because the loser is the Syrian citizen, and there is no winner in the destructive war," stressing that the initiative stressed the principle of fair distribution of wealth, "and this is how homelands are built."

Fakih stressed that "we must take advantage of the good advantages in the administration of northern Syria to generalize it over the geographical area, provided that it is an entry point for the application of citizenship without classifying people according to their affiliations, and that privacy is respected and not marginalized, and that privacy is not an obstacle to reshaping the unified and unified civil state."

The Lebanese writer and journalist concluded his conversation with ANHA agency by saying: "In the initiative, there is a remarkable point, which is the resistance to the occupations, especially the Turkish occupation, which was a facilitator and gateway to terrorism, and it is an essential factor in arranging the internal house," stressing that "the Syrian authorities must accept this initiative positively." And for all parties to believe that effective solutions are what is agreed upon internally, without external initiatives and dictates.

Last Tuesday, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria launched an initiative, in which it confirmed that the political crisis that followed the popular movement that began in 2011 in Syria as a result of accumulations, exclusion and marginalization, is still continuing after more than twelve years have passed, and has not resulted in any practical solution until now.

The Autonomous Administration, which consists of democratic institutions, administrations, parties, forces and organizations, added that, based on its responsibility towards the Syrian people with all its components and sects, and pursuant to the principles and political vision of the Syrian Democratic Council aimed at finding a political solution, and in conjunction with the relentless efforts being made in this context; It presented this initiative in order to reach a peaceful and democratic solution to the crisis sweeping Syria, to end the suffering of millions of Syrian people.
