Another Iranian military adviser killed in Israeli attack on Syria
A second Iranian soldier was killed in an attack carried out by Israel, on targets in the vicinity of the Syrian capital.
Iran's Mehr News Agency reported today that "a military adviser to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard died of wounds he suffered after an Israeli air attack near the Syrian capital."
The agency said, "Miqdad Miqdani was wounded during the Zionist attack at dawn on Friday led to his martyrdom." The public relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard announced on Friday, "The martyrdom of the guard Rashid Islam, one of the advisers and officers of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, in the attack launched by the Zionist regime in the early morning on the outskirts of Damascus," according to the Iranian Tasnim Agency.
The "Revolutionary Guards" vowed to respond to the Israeli attack.
