​​​​​​​Syrian social components: Turkish occupation is blatant assault on Syrian lands

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue their attacks on northern and eastern Syria, committing the most heinous crimes against the people of the region amid international silence about it, as they bombed, after midnight on Thursday, the villages of Al-Kouzeliya, Sheikh Ali, and the graves of Al-Qarajneh in the countryside of Tal Tamr district, with heavy artillery.

Last Wednesday evening, they also fired bullets at the village of Sarmsakh Fawqani in the Girê Legê district, killing 4 heads of cattle belonging to the villagers.

In this regard, I spoke to our agency, the co-chair of civil society institutions in Deir ez-Zor, Saja Al-Huwaidi, who condemned the Turkish occupation attacks on Syria despite the catastrophe of the earthquake that struck the two countries, and called on "international forces, the League of Arab States, the Security Council and European countries to move to put an end to this flagrant attack  on the Syrian lands and the encroachments and challenges faced by the Syrians.

In turn, the co-chair of the Peasants Union in Deir ez-Zor, Ibrahim al-Muhammad, said: "The attacks of the Turkish occupation state continue on northern and eastern Syria, committing massacres that claimed the lives of innocent children and women, and we, in turn, call on human rights and women's rights organizations and appeal to the international coalition to stand up to the occupation attacks and Turkish brutality on our regions.

He pointed out that the Turkish occupation state uses all heinous methods against the peoples of northern and eastern Syria, including its blocking the waters of the Euphrates River and preventing the humanitarian aid provided by the Autonomous Administration from reaching the affected areas.  due to the earthquake and considered it a crime against humanity.
