​​​​​​​Statement: On March 12, they try to destroy Arab-Kurdish relationship, but failed

 Tomorrow, Sunday, marks the 19th anniversary of the March 12 massacre in Qamishlo, which turned into an uprising against chauvinism.

 On this occasion, the Youth and Sports Committee in Deir Ezzor issued a statement, which was delivered in the presence of members of the Revolutionary Youth, the Youth and Sports Committee and the players of the Deir Ezzor team.

 The statement was read by the co-chair of the Sports Federation in Deir Ezzor, Khaled Al-Salama.

 At the beginning, he said: "We, as the youth, stand today in remembrance of its honorable martyrs following the March 12 incident, which aimed to destroy the Arab-Kurdish relationship."

 The statement confirmed that the demolition attempts failed and continued: "Thanks to the people's resistance, this history has turned from a sad past to a more beautiful future. Every year, March 12, the Arab people and the Kurdish people meet to confirm the unity, disappointing the hopes and endeavors of the capitalist regimes."

 The statement concluded: "The bonds between the Arab and Kurdish peoples are greater and stronger than conspiracy and enmity. Just as we struggled against terrorism, we are struggling today against Turkish terrorism, steadfast in the face of challenges and capitalist regimes, emphasizing the brotherhood of peoples."
