Rallies of March 8: Leader Ocalan's physical freedom will be achieved

The women of the Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafieh neighborhoods, and the city of Manbij emphasized on resistance and struggle to liberate all oppressed women, and the achievement of physical freedom for leader Ocalan.

The women of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo and the city of Manbij marched in two separate rallies, on the occasion of International Women's Day, under the slogan "Women, Freedom, Life, Towards Women's Revolution", with their folk costumes that express their identity and proved to the whole world that they are united and will achieve what they aspire to.

United despite our differences

Ghalia Kajwan, from the Arab component, and in her Arab dress, one of the participants in the Aleppo march, said: "I congratulate the International Women's Day on the women of the world, and I joined the women of Aleppo to share this blessed day with my color and my culture."

she continued: "Despite the suffering that Syria is going through, we are here to prove to the whole world that we exist, and this is a message of struggle and resistance to achieve our freedom."

Kajwan sent a message to the women of Syria, in which she said: "We must always cooperate, regardless of our sects, beliefs, and nationalities, in order to end the suffering of Syrian women and all the Syrian people."

We will continue to fight

As for Roshin Musa, from the Kurdish component, she said: "With our Kurdish color, we marched on the occasion of our International Day, which we bless the women of the whole world and our leader Ocalan."

She continued, "With the spirit of women's resistance and thanks to the sacrifices of our martyrs, we have reached this stage of progress, and through this march with the participation of all women from different components (Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen), we prove to everyone that we are united against all who stand in our way."

In turn, Amna Khadro blessed International Women's Day, in the Turkmen language, for the women of the world, the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the Guerrilla fighters, and said: "The leader Abdullah Ocalan founded our revolution, and we will be on our promise to complete the march of struggle and resistance."

She added, "Just as we fight for our freedom, we fight for the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan, this is our highest goals."

Manbij

In the context, Hanan Muhammad, a civil society organization in the city of Manbij, congratulated all the women of the world and the women of NE Syria in particular, on the occasion of March 8, International Women's Day, stressing that the achievements of women in NE Syria due to the thought and philosophy of leader Ocalan."

She emphasized, "The women in NE Syria have transformed the Rojava revolution into a women's revolution all over the world, and have become a symbol for all women to follow."

For her part, the spokeswoman for the Zenobia Women's Gathering, Ruwaida Hunaizal, said: "All women in the world and women in NE Syria celebrate March 8 as "International Women's Day", a day that represents the spirit of resistance and struggle of women over hundreds of years to liberate them from the shackles of the authoritarian masculine mentality.

She dedicated "this great day to the leader Ocalan, who demanded the freedom of women, and fought for the liberation of all women from slavery and oppression."

In conclusion, Ruwaida Hunaizal stressed "the resistance and struggle, until the liberation of all oppressed women, and the achievement of the physical freedom of leader Ocalan."
