 The groups affiliated with the Turkish intelligence blew up a car today in the Shaqif area of ​​Sheikh Maqsoud.

 The explosion led to the death of Hamza Kobani, a member of the Economy Committee, and the wounding of 3 others, one of whom is in critical condition.

 In this context, the General Council of Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods issued a statement saying:

 In the beginning, we have mercy on the souls of all the victims of the earthquake that struck the region and all the martyrs who were targeted by the fascist Turkish state, especially at the time of the devastating earthquake that left thousands of civilian victims, and the Turkish state is still continuing its policy of targeting civilians and civilian facilities through bombings and drones

 Despite the suffocating siege on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods, the General Council and all the neighborhood institutions were mobilized during the first hours of the earthquake, especially the Economic Committee, to provide a helping hand to the people affected by the earthquake.

 Today, comrade Hamza Kobani, a member of the Economic Committee, was targeted by groups affiliated with the Turkish MIT, and his car was booby-trapped, while he was working hard day and night to serve and secure the necessary needs of the people under these difficult circumstances.

 He joined the convoy of martyrs, and three others were wounded, and one of them was in critical condition

 We condemn this Turkish fascist crime devoid of morals and humanity in light of these difficult circumstances of the earthquake and the siege that targeted the people in Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods, represented by the personality of Comrade Hamza Kobani.
