​​​​​​​On 5th day of campaign, 3 mercenaries, weapons and ammunition arrested

 The media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces published a statement regarding the campaign of "Revenge for the Martyrs of Raqqa" launched by the Syrian Democratic Forces and the security forces, with the support of the coalition forces, against ISIS mercenary cells.

 The text of the statement read:

 The joint forces in the “Revenge for the Martyrs of Al-Raqqa” campaign are completing combing operations on the fifth day of the campaign.

 Yesterday, the joint forces finished combing the Euphrates neighborhood and the neighborhoods of the Corniche road, Nazlat Shehada, in the city of Raqqa, in addition to the town of Safsafa in the eastern countryside of Tabqa.

 During the combing operations, the joint forces found a quantity of weapons, ammunition, Sharia books and symbols of ISIS, and 3 ISIS members were arrested during the searches.

 This morning, the forces began combing operations in the Al-Akrad neighborhood in the northern side of the city of Raqqa, in addition to starting to sweep the city of Tabqa, and the inspection operations are still continuing.
