More than 50 bases and headquarters of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are spread in the occupied Afrin, equipped with the latest devices and technologies, some of which were built on the ruins of the homes of IDPs; where the occupation uses them to attack Shahba, Shera and Sherawa.

At a time when the Turkish occupation state claims that it does not covet the lands of others and it intends to withdraw from the lands it occupied, the Turkish occupation army established dozens of military bases, points, and mercenary headquarters in the villages, districts and center of Afrin Canton  during about 5 years of occupation.

Occupation army bases in the districts of Afrin

Sources revealed to ANHA agency that the Turkish occupation army has established (15) military bases in villages belonging to the Shera and Sherawa districts in the south and southeast of the occupied Afrin Canton  on the ruins of the homes of IDPs; The villages of Shahba Canton  and Shera and Sherawa districts are being targeted.

These bases are located in the villages of (Basoufan – Kabashin – Kemar – Deir Meshmesh – the slopes of Jabal al-Ahlam – Basuta – Basala – Jalbra) in Sherawa district, while in Shera district they are located in the villages of (Anab, Maryamin, Kubala, Khalta, Maarsakah).

The military bases in the mountain villages of Qastal Jindo and Kafr Janna in Shera are among the most important bases in the northern countryside of Aleppo. It overlooks the Turkish cities of Azaz and Kilis, the villages of Shahba Canton , and the districts of Sherawa and Shera.

*Janders district: There are 6 military bases and points located on the road connecting the district and the center of Afrin city, in addition to the slopes of the village of Talf, the Janders school, and al-Maasara located at the western entrance to the district and above the ancient Janders hill, which is one of the most important bases of the Turkish occupation west of the occupied Afrin Canton . And within the forests of Mount Qaziqli.

*Sheh district: There are 3 bases located on the road between the center of Sheh district and Janders district.

 Sheh district is one of the districts located on the border strip with Turkey, so the district meets several military bases inside Turkish territory.

*Rajo district: There are more than 15 bases and points. The most prominent of these bases of GIR, this base is considered one of the most important bases in the northern region, being located on very high mountain slopes, it overlooks the Turkish territory and the entire border strip with Turkey, and the whole northern countryside of Aleppo.

According to private sources, this base is equipped with surveillance cameras, night vision binoculars, and the latest technologies and weapons, in addition to the station base located in the vicinity of the center of the district. And the base of the mountainous village of Alatanya and the heights overlooking the Turkish side and lands.

* Mobata district: it has 4 points and bases, located at the junction leading to the district and on the road connecting Afrin city center and the districts of Mobata and Raju, in addition to the village of Mirkan of the Canton .

* Several points are published in the city center of Afrin and its surroundings, the most prominent of which is the school located on Janders Road, and it is also a center for the Turkish occupation intelligence (MIT) in addition to the Azhar School of Afrin.

According to the information obtained by ANHA agency, these bases are equipped with the latest technology and heavy and medium weapons, including (artillery, heavy and medium mortar launchers 120m, 160m, tanks and armored vehicles equipped with machine guns, in addition to containing guided missiles, surveillance cameras and tracking devices).

According to the information, the number of Turkish occupation soldiers in each base is more than 25, stationed in tunnels linked to the houses and villages adjacent to the base.

The occupation mercenaries and their headquarters are distributed in the districts of Afrin, where the mercenaries of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra), the mercenaries of al-Sharqiya and Ahrar al-Sham are stationed in Janders district and a number of its villages.

In Sherawa district, the headquarters of the mercenaries of "Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham", "Al-Hamza", "Al-Jabha Al-Shamia" and "Ahrar Al-Sham" are distributed.

The mercenaries of "Sultan Murad" seize the district of Shara, while the mercenaries of "Al-Amshat" turn the district of Sheh into a colony under the leadership of the mercenary (Muhammad Al-Jassem Abu Amsha).

The mercenaries of the "Elite Army" are distributed in the village of Amara in Mobata district, and the mercenaries of the "North Brigade" in the villages of Afraza and Kamruk in the district, led by the two mercenaries called "Ali Abu Talib and Abu Ahmed."

The mercenaries of the "Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyya" are stationed in Old Afrin and the vicinity of Cihan Hospital. They also take the building of the former local administration near Kawa roundabout as their headquarters under the leadership of the mercenary called "Haji Abu Suleiman from Tal Rifaat."

The mercenaries of "Al-Hamza" turned the former center of the Internal Security Forces on Mahmoudiya Road into their headquarters, while the mercenaries of "Al-Hamzat" relied on the building of the Autonomous Administration of Afrin Canton  as their headquarters, led by the mercenary called "Abu Haji", while "Al-Hamzat" and soldiers from the occupation army took from The Saraya Center in the center of Afrin city is a joint headquarters, Whereas the Turkish occupation army is stationed in the well-known Villa Arabo and the Internal Security Forces building in the Ashrafieh neighborhood.

The mercenaries of the "Al-Mu'tasim Billah Brigade" have a headquarters in the Post Center, led by the mercenaries called "Abu Mahmoud Afram and Abu Hamza".

The "security forces" mercenaries are stationed in the girls' school at Azadi Square in the center of Afrin city, while the "Ahrar al-Sharqiya" and "the eastern security" mercenaries have turned the Afrin hospital and the surrounding area into headquarters led by the two mercenaries called "Abu Khawla and Abu Zaid", and other buildings for administration institutions. subjectivity.
