According to the agency, "a ceremony will be organized in the French capital, Paris, on January 3, for the martyrs of the second Paris massacre, after which the body of the fighter Evin Koy will be transferred to southern Kurdistan, while the bodies of the artist Mir Berwar and Abd al-Rahman Kazel will be transferred to Northern Kurdistan."

On December 23, 2022, a gunman committed a massacre at the Ahmed Kaya Kurdish Cultural Center in Paris; As a result, three Kurdish activists were killed, Amina Kara (Evin Koy), Mir Berwar and Abdul al-Rahman Kazel, and three other Kurds were wounded.

The agency added: "The Kurdish Community Center - Europe and the Kurdish Women's Movement - Europe reported that a solemn ceremony and demonstration was organized on the 3rd of this month in the French capital, Paris, for the three martyrs of the second Paris massacre, who martyred on the 23rd of last December."

And the agency confirmed, "After holding the ceremony and demonstration in the French capital, Paris, the body of the Kurdish activist, Amina Kara (Evin Koy), will be transferred to the camp of the martyr Rustam Judy, while the body of the artist Mir Berwar will be transferred to his hometown in the city of Mush in Northern Kurdistan, and the body of the patriot Abdul Rahman to his hometown of Kars, in Northern Kurdistan.

The agency stated, "The Kurdish Community Center - Europe and the Kurdish Women's Movement - Europe called on all Kurds in Europe to participate in the ceremony that will be held on January 3 in Paris."
