​​​​​​​ Martyr Ario.. He joined revolution believing in principle of brotherhood of peoples

 The revolution in northern and eastern Syria was characterized by the cohesion of the components with each other, to form a mosaic panel, in which the Kurdish, Arab, Syriac, Assyrian and Turkmen unite under the roof of the brotherhood of peoples.

 Embodying this painting, the blue color, which represents the Syriac component, lined up alongside the colors that represent the other components, to protect the region and its people. The Syriac Sotoro forces affiliated with the internal security forces have participated in many military campaigns since their establishment in late 2013.

 The Sotoro forces were not satisfied with participating in the military campaigns against ISIS mercenaries only, but also took it upon themselves to protect the region components from any threat, to also confront the attacks of the Turkish occupation aimed at the failure of the Autonomous Administration project that was founded on the principle of the democratic nation and the brotherhood of peoples.

 On October 12, a Turkish occupation drone targeted a car, which was returning from a memorial ceremony for the former Secretary-General of the Future Syria Party, Hevrin Khalaf, near Nowruz camp, northeast of Derik district of Qamishlo canton, as a result of which a member of the Internal Security Forces - the Sotoro, was martyred.  Ibrahim Mikhail (Ario).

 Who is the martyr Ibrahim Mikhail (Ario)?

 Martyr Ibrahim Mikhail (Ario) was born in 1998 in the city of Hasaka. He is the eldest son of his father, Bassam Mikhail, and his mother, Rachel Abd al-Ahad Shamoun.

In 2002, Ibrahim’s family went to Deir ez-Zor to live there, and there Ibrahim began his first educational stages, and after the start of the Syrian crisis and the expansion of its territory and its arrival in Deir ez-Zor, he returned with his family to settle again in the city of Hasaka.

 "Ibrahim will be one of the bearers of arms."

 The mother of the martyr Ibrahim (Ario), Rachel Abdel-Ahad Shamoun, said, "Ibrahim is my firstborn child after five years of treatment. He grew up pampering and loving, being the first child, since his childhood. He loved to buy weapons."

 This is our land and we must defend it and our cause

 She added, "Ibrahim lived a beautiful childhood. He was distinguished among his friends. He reached the age of school in Deir ez-Zor, but with the start of events in Syria, we had to leave Deir ez-Zor to the city of Hasaka.  Ibrahim decided to join the Sotoro forces, despite my attempts to persuade him to stay away from the military and security forces, especially in light of the situation in the region, but he always said, "This is our land and we must defend it, and our cause."

 He was sticking to his gun and his cause

 Rachel went on to mention the virtues of her martyred son, "Abraham was jealous of his people, loved by everyone. He was committed to his weapons and his cause. After making the decision to defend his people he became a source of pride for us."

 Rachel expressed her pride in her son's martyrdom, "I am very proud of my son, I did not imagine that his love entered the hearts of thousands of people, after watching his companions and those who talked about him, our pain eased a little, because we realized what his place is in the hearts of those who knew him."

 I bless the blood of Ibrahim on the components of northern and eastern Syria

The mother of the martyr Ibrahim concluded her speech, "so that these forces, with their components of Kurds, Arabs and Syriacs. I bless Ibrahim's blood on all components of north and east Syria and its people."

 He chose the path of defending his land and his city

 For his part, the father of the martyr (Ario) Bassam Mikhail said, "Ibrahim had a special place, being my eldest son."

 He pointed out how the martyr Aryo joined the Sotoro security forces, "With the start of events in the area and the entry of ISIS mercenaries into the city of Hasaka, I decided to join the Sotoro forces to defend the area with my son Ibrahim. I was very proud of him, because he chose to defend his land and his city."

 Bassam noted that defending the land is a duty for everyone, "that is why I did not mind Ibrahim joining the military forces, because if my son did not defend this city, it would have become like the rest of the areas where destruction prevails."

 He added, "Ibrahim was impulsive, participated in several campaigns, and in recent years went to the city of Derik. During his stay there, we decided to marry him, and on the second day of his sermon, Ibrahim had gone to the Deir ez-Zor campaign, with his companions."

The martyr Ario participated in several campaigns, including repelling the attacks of ISIS mercenaries on Serêkaniyê and Tal Tamr in 2015, then the campaign of Al-Shaddadi 2017, the campaign of Manbij 2016, and the campaign of Raqqa 2017, the last of which is the campaign to liberate Deir Ezzor and end the geographical presence of ISIS 2019.

 Coexistence on the principle of brotherhood of peoples

 The father of the martyr Ibrahim expressed his pride in his son's martyrdom, saying, "We raise our heads and are proud of our son, as he was martyred for his cause, and he heroes of this cause, and he defended his people and land."

 Do not abandon the goals of the martyrs

 Addressing a message at the conclusion of his speech, "to the people of northern and eastern Syria with all its components, not abandon the goals for which Ibrahim and his companions were martyred."

 In turn, the Colonel in the General Administration of the Internal Security Forces - the Sotoro, Alexander Chamoun, the comrade of martyr Ibrahim in arms, recalled, "The martyr Ibrahim was calm. He dealt sympathetically with everyone."

 On the principle of brotherhood of peoples and a democratic nation, Ibrahim worked with faith and sacrifice

 Chamoun added, "The martyr Ibrahim was working on the principle of brotherhood of peoples and the democratic nation with faith and sacrifice. His first goal was humanity, away from sectarianism, and the participation of all components and forces in the region, to reach our goals in liberating the region and preserving its gains."

 From his words, "This revolution made us know our history, our language, and our right."

 Chamoun pointed out, "The revolution in northern and eastern Syria was known for its sectarian and national plurality, which gave this region a new experience, so the martyr Ibrahim always compared the current situation and the previous conditions under the despotic rule of the region, so he always said that this revolution made us know our history and our language.”

Swear to follow in his footsteps

 At the end of his speech, Chamoun pledged to the martyr Ibrahim and his family to complete the martyr's path of patriotism and responsibilities, "which he left on our shoulders, and we will continue to protect north and east Syria and combat terrorism."
