​​​​​​​Rights defender calls for referring officials in Turkish occupation state to ICC

 In parallel with the tight isolation that the Turkish fascist state applies to leader Ocalan, the fascist state continues its war of extermination against the Kurds through the continuous bombardment of prohibited weapons on legitimate defence areas in flagrant violation of all international covenants and treaties related to human rights.

Jabr pointed out that the human rights file in Turkey is deteriorating day by day. He said: "The Turkish occupation state violates the terms of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948 and the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in 1966, which states that everyone has the right to seek refuge in  other countries and enjoy it as a deliverance from persecution.”

 He pointed out that the human rights file in Turkey has reached a very dangerous level, despite the appeal of many jurists and lawyers in north and east Syria, to the Committee against Torture, to intervene immediately, to reveal the health status of the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

 Jabr criticized the international silence about what the Turkish occupation state is practicing against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, saying, "The Turkish occupation state is violating human rights, because the arrest file is related to human rights. The occupation has imprisoned hundreds of politicians because of their political opinions or beliefs, in addition to human rights defenders  and journalists.”

Jabr called on the European Committee Against Torture (CPT), to immediately intervene regarding the situation of leader Ocalan in Imrali prison of torture and the imposition of arbitrary measures against him and political detainees, which is a serious violation of the basic principles of human rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights."

 He added: "If the relevant human rights organizations and committees do not interfere in the same matter, they are all considered partners with the Turkish occupation state in implementing these arbitrary measures against human and humanity."

 Jabr considered the chemical attacks of the Turkish occupation state on Guerilla a continuation of isolation, and said: "The Turkish occupation violates the provisions of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons Convention, which entered into force after its ratification by more than 190 countries, including Turkey, by using these weapons against civilians and freedom fighters.  kerala".
