​​​​​​​FSP remembers its Secretary-General on third anniversary of her martyrdom

 The people of North and East Syria, representatives of Kongra Star and the Autonomous Administration bodies in North and East Syria participated in the festival.

The head of the Future Syria Party, Ibrahim Al-Qaftan, delivered a speech in which he said: "Today, in your pure shrine, we celebrate your side and welcome you in the rhetorical festival of the martyr Hevrin Khalaf for peace. Your martyrdom increases us strength to follow your path of struggle."

 Al-Qaftan added: “Three years on your martyrdom, our people faced all kinds of cowardly wars, wars of planes, Turkish drones, brutal and barbaric bombing of safe villages and towns, traditional military war, economic war, water war, siege policy, and support for ISIS terrorist cells by the Turkish government to break up the democratic political project of the Autonomous Administration Project in North and East Syria.

Al-Qaftan pointed out that "the components of NE Syria presented legendary epics, given our belief in our cause and nobility of goals."

 A speech was also delivered on behalf of Kongra Star in Qamishlo canton by the administrator, Gulistan  Gulo, and in the name of the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira region, the co-chair of the Interior Authority in the Jazira region, Hamrin Ali, in addition to a speech by Suad Mustafa, the mother of the martyr Hevrin, and a speech by the family of the martyr Farhad Ramadan.  The words praised the sacrifices of the peoples and NES against Turkish fascism and its mercenaries, stressing the escalation of the struggle until the liberation of the entire occupied lands from Turkish fascism and its mercenaries.

  After the words, the shield of the martyr Hevrin Khalaf was given to the human rights activist and director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman, and the activist and writer Dr. Azad Ali received it on his behalf.

 In turn, Dr. Azad Ali read the message of the director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman, and the text of the message stated: “ thank you for this kind invitation.  What we have done is our duty in the context of defending human rights and defending peace and the latent right of citizenship for all the people of Syria to work on documenting all violations against the Syrian people on the entire Syrian land.

He added: "The assassination of the martyr Hevrin Khalaf is part of a larger issue that is summed up in fighting everyone who talks about the rights of the Syrian people. Those who killed Hevrin Khalaf and Farhad Ramadan have went farther the Iranians in trying to silence women, and they are still killing innocents in the occupied areas."

 He said: "The criminal operation carried out by the armed elements of Ahrar al-Sham and their cold-blooded killing of the peaceful Hevrin is consistent with the orientations of most of the pro-Turkish factions, which do not want the voice of truth, as these factions are working against highlighting the truth on the Syrian arena."
