Outcome of 10 days of Turkish shelling on Tal Tamr and Zarghan

Since the beginning of October, the bombing of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on the western countryside of Hasaka Canton has not stopped.

Where Tal Tamr and Zarghan, located to the west of Hasaka Canton, witnessed heavy artillery shelling by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, which resulted in severe damage to the homes of the people in the vital and public service facilities .

ANHA agency documented the outcome of the recent Turkish escalation on both areas, during the past 10 days.

According to ANHA correspondent in Zarghan district, the villages of Al-Asadiya, Dada Abdal, Al-Matmoura, Al-Bobi" located on the northern side of the district, and "Tal al-Ward, Khirbet Al-Shaer, Binja, and Al-Msherfa" in southern countryside of the district, and the villages of "Al-Shour, Khirbat al-Dakhil on the eastern side of the district," it was bombed during the past 10 days.

The western, southern and northern neighborhoods of the district have also turned into a square on which shells of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries are fallen down on them.

The bombing of the district resulted in significant material damage to the homes and property of citizens in its countryside, as it led to the destruction of the homes of citizens Ismail Khashman and Muhammad Salimo in the center of the district, and the Safarna Mill to its owner known as Arafat Abo al-Nour in the southern side of the district, and the destruction of parts of People's Municipal Center in Zarghan, And Khasman Gas Station in the southeastern side of the district.

-In Tal Tamr district, ANHA correspondent documented the targeting of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries to the villages of "Um al-Kaif, al-Kuzliya" located in the west of the district, the village of Tal al-Labn in the southwestern part of the district, and the villages of "Al-Dardara, al-Abush, and Qabr al-Qarajna" in north of the district.

Turkish artillery shelling also caused material damage to citizens' properties and vital public service facilities in the district, as an electricity transmission station was deliberately targeted for 3 consecutive times, which led to a power outage in the district as a result of targeting the 66/20 KV line, the main feeder of the Tal Tamr power station.

5 civilians were injured in the bombing

The bombing on both districts left 23-year-old Ayshar Hussein al-Kamouri injured in the village of al-Matmoura in northern countryside of Zarghan district, and 4 citizens in the village of Tal al-Labn, southwest of Tal Tamr district, are: "Najm Abdullah Habib, Abd al-Majed Ahmed al-Faraj, Hajj Ibrahim Muhammad al Faqer, and Qusay Muosa al-Faqer.

438 shells between rockets and artillery fell on both districts

According to field commanders, the 2 districts of Tal Tamr and Zarghan have been subjected during the past 10 days to more than 438 different shells between "artillery and missile", of which 118 shells fell on Sunday night, on the villages of Zarghan district and Qabr al-Qarajna in the countryside of Tal Tamr, and a countless number of RPG-7, by Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, from the villages that it occupied in 2019.
