Sido slams international forces in dealing with ISIS case

At a time when the Turkish occupation state threatens to launch large-scale attacks on North and East Syria and continues to destabilize the security and stability of the region through its daily brutal bombardment, the activity of ISIS mercenary cells has increased in al-Hol camp, which is considered the most dangerous camp in the world, and it shelters 54,390 people between Syrians and Iraqis and 8,091 mercenary families ISIS.

There is a deep relationship between ISIS and Turkey

Commenting on this, Elias Sido, member of the Administrative Council of the Yazidi House in Jazira region, drew attention to the importance of launching the "Humanity and Security" campaign, in light of the attacks and threats in North and East Syria by the Turkish occupation state, and said: "The camp includes citizens of more than 52 a state, most of whom are families of ISIS mercenaries, who pose a great danger to the region in general, because so far they carry the extremist ideology of ISIS.

He added, "These cells were seeking to reorganize themselves and spread the extremist ideology of ISIS, especially among children in al-Hol camp."

Elias Sido pointed out the deep relationship between ISIS and the Turkish occupation state, and said: "During this campaign, many ISIS cells were arrested and evidence was found that the camp children received training in ISIS ideology with Turkish support, in addition to the appearance of children waving the "Gray Wolves" sign, which confirms the relationship between Turkey and ISIS.

Committing massacres against the people of the region at the hands of ISIS

Elias Sido confirmed that the Turkish state seeks to commit massacres against the people of North and East Syria at the hands of ISIS mercenaries, as it committed in Shengal against the Yazidis, and is trying to keep the region in an unsafe state.

Sido referred to the firman (massacre) committed by ISIS mercenaries against the Yazidis in Shengal in 2014, and said: "The Turkish state was the main supporter of this firman, and this became clear when Turkey opened its borders to the mercenaries and supported them militarily and logistically, and the presence of ISIS Amirs in Turkey until now, so it is The main supporter for keeping the threat of ISIS alive and reviving it again."

Yazidi women are prevented from revealing their identities inside the camp

Sido stressed that the military and security forces in North and East Syria are not the only concerned with the ISIS file and ending its threat, but rather international support and intervention must be provided in this file to eliminate the threat completely, and added: “There are tens of thousands of citizens of more than one country who follow the ideology of ISIS, so the one campaign will not be able to end their danger, but support and assistance must be provided for this campaign from abroad as well, especially by the concerned countries that have citizens in the camp, and if this is not achieved, this danger will not end at all.

And he indicated that "so far, 415 Yazidis have been liberated, all of them (children and women) by the Syrian Democratic Forces, and these campaigns are still continuing. If it were not the SDF, we would not have been able to liberate this number. The forces have a major role in liberating the Yazidis from this danger."

The non-serious approach of countries to the ISIS file

Sido criticized the irresponsible approach to the file of ISIS families in al-Hol camp, saying: "The Autonomous Administration sought to return all citizens to their country, but these countries did not deal seriously with this file, so this engagement generates our doubts about their support for the Turkish state in preventing an end to terrorism in the region.”

At the conclusion of his speech, Elias Sido confirmed that the attacks and threats of the Turkish occupation state on North and East Syria pose a great danger in the explosion of the time bomb in al-Hol camp and the spread of mercenaries in the region once again, so all concerned countries must retrieve their citizens and prosecute them, "This is not the responsibility of northern and eastern Syria only."
