​​​​​​​From al-Hol... Autonomous Administration: They want to revive ISIS in our areas

A delegation from the Democratic Autonomous Administration in Jazira region, with its civil, security and military institutions, visited Al-Hol camp to see the security and humanitarian conditions there, after launching of the "Humanity and Security" operation by the Internal Security Forces to eliminate the movement of active ISIS mercenary cells inside the camp.

The Autonomous Administration discussed the overall situation in Al-Hol camp with the camp administration, which in turn told the delegation the course of the security and humanitarian conditions and the increase in the activities of ISIS cells and their impact on the region and the world after the escalation of Turkish threats to the region.

After the discussions between the two parties were completed, the Autonomous Administration made a statement to the public opinion from inside the camp, which was read by the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira region, Talaat Yunis.

Talaat Yunis said that the danger of ISIS cells is increasing in our areas as they carry out terrorist acts and create a state of chaos inside the camp, adding: "These terrorist acts have increased with the attempts of Turkish attacks and threats on the region."

Yunis indicated that in the recent period and after the escalation of the Turkish occupation attacks on the region, we saw how the sleeper cells of ISIS moved against North and East Syria, especially in the Al-Hol camp, at a time when ISIS families and cells organize themselves in the camp, and they want with these attempts to strike the security and stability of our regions.

Yunis added, "The second phase of the operation of the Internal Security Forces and the Syrian Democratic Forces has begun together to ward off the danger, and the daily killings are nothing but a revival of ISIS mercenaries again in our areas."

Yunis noted that ISIS poses a danger "to our regions and the world, so that the international community and humanitarian and international organizations have not fulfilled their responsibilities and duties so far in to find solution to this dilemma."

The co-chair of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in the Jazira region, Talaat Yunis, called on the international community and the concerned countries to assume their responsibilities and return the families of ISIS mercenaries to their country.

Talaat Yunis thanked all the security and military forces participating in the "Humanitarian and Security" operation, and said: "We hope and wait for good results so that we can stop this danger and keep it away from our regions and the world, and solve this dilemma with international forces and humanitarian institutions."
