The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, during their continuous bombing of Ain Issa district, deliberately target vital and service facilities from water stations and electricity networks, while the concerned authorities in the district are rushing to repair the malfunctions resulting from the bombing and restore them to service again.

The outskirts of Ain Issa district center and its countryside are subjected to almost daily bombardment by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries with all kinds and types of heavy and light weapons, causing human and material damage to the property of the people, in addition to damage to service facilities such as water stations, electricity networks and others.

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries deliberately bomb these facilities permanently to put them out of service and push the people to displacement.

The Heisha water station was bombed more than once this month, in addition to the destruction of a number of transformers and electric cables in the countryside of the district as a result of its continuous bombing.

In an interview with the citizen Mohammad al-Hamidi from the town of Al-Heisha in the Ain Issa district, he confirmed that the Turkish bombardment is affecting service facilities, including the drinking water station and the electricity transformer that feeds them continuously with the aim of putting them out of service.

He added: "In the current conditions in our regions, the concerned authorities provided services to us, as this station was repaired two years ago after it was almost completely destroyed by ISIS mercenaries during their occupation of the area, where we suffered both as a result of the cutting of drinking water and electricity."

Meanwhile, the electricity and water institutions of the Girê Spi/ Tal-Abyed district council worked in cooperation with the Ain Issa district council to repair the damage caused by the barbaric Turkish bombing, and to restore the water station in the town of Heisha to service for the third time in a row, as it feeds 50 villages with drinking water; Of which 36 villages belong to the town, and 14 villages belong to the Ain Issa district (al-Fatsa and the surrounding villages).

The damages of the continuous Turkish bombardment were not limited to the drinking water station, as they affected the high-voltage wires, which cut off the electricity to the town and its villages, before the technical workshops repaired the damage and restored the power again.

It should be noted that the Turkish occupation targeted with a drone the building of the Electricity Committee in Ain Issa district in the middle of the district in late 2020, causing significant damage to the building and the equipment in it.
