He noted that while the great Powers continued to provide political support to Ankara and to employ it for the objectives of continuing tension and conflict in the region, the countries of the region hide behind goals that have not been achieved in the Syrian crisis and the ability to confront Erdogan’s ambitions, and are sometimes satisfied with denouncing the military crimes and the Turkish policy towards the peoples of the region, which prevents many regional parties from taking a specific position that stops Ankara’s practices, aggressive strategy and ambitions in the region surrounding the nation’s renaissance project. and their peoples and depriving countries of their water rights, such as the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.
