The Turkish occupation state's attacks on Başûr Kurdistan and the legitimate defense areas continue with the participation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

In a statement issued a few days ago, the People's Defense Forces announced killing of 985 Turkish soldiers, including two high-ranking officers, during 744 operations carried out by the forces over a period of two months.

During his speech to ANHA the Kurdish writer Menan Jaafar stressed that the Turkish occupation state seeks to eliminate Guerilla and the Free Women's Units - Star in attempt to maintain its hegemony on the Kurdistan Democratic Party

Jaafar said: "In fact, it cannot be said today that the KDP is a Kurdish party and represents Kurdistan. It is a party based on achieving the goals of both the Barzani family and the Turkish state.

Jaafar asserted that Kurdistan Democratic Party prevented any revolution by the PKK, by saying "When the PKK wanted to start a military revolution in 1982, the KDP interfered to prevent it from erupting, however the Kurdistan Workers' Party, led by the The immortal martyr, Akeed (Masoum Korkmaz), launched the 15th of August uprising.

Jaafar went to say: "The Kurdistan Democratic Party is a tool in the hands of the Turkish intelligence services (MÎT), and it can be said that it should change its name to the 'Turkish Dictator's Party', as nothing remains of it except the name.

Jaafar mentioned that withdrawal of the KDP forces from Şengal during the ISIS attacks served the Turkish occupation state. He continued, "Unfortunately, this is not the role of the Peshmerga, the Peshmerga are those who defend and preserve the interests of the Kurdistan people, not those who kill this people."

Jaafar indicated that after two years of Kurdish dialogue, the parties of the Syrian Kurdish National Council in Rojava are withdrawing under different pretexts.

Recently, all the arguments of KDP ended, they were saying that they had detainees in prisons, and those detainees they were talking about were seeking to destabilize the region through bombings.

Before The occupation of Afrin The Syrian Kurdish National Council was preparing bombs in its offices before our eyes." Jaafar added.

Jaafar stated that the Kurdistan National Council considers the attacks of the Turkish occupying state a liberation of Rojava, he mean that NE Syria regions should be occupied by Turkey, he says that on Rudaw TV.

About this stage, Menan Jaafar called on the Kurdish people, intellectuals, artists, writers and patriots to define their position at this sensitive stage.
