SDF shoot down a Turkish occupation drone east of Ain Issa

Today, official website of Syria Democratic Forces said that their forces had shot down, on Sunday at 11.00 am, a drone belonging to Turkish occupation, east of Ain Issa.

The website quoted the fighter in the ranks of Syria Democratic Forces in the region, Ageed Girê Spî, explaining that Turkish occupation's drones hover the airspace on a daily basis, targeting citizens and their property.

Ageed Girê Spî, continued his speech and said, due to their presence in the front lines; They are observing the movements of the enemies, and how the drones enter the airspace of the region, and how it target all populated areas through bombing.

Ageed Girê Spî pointed out that before dropping the drone, Turkish occupation had violently bombed the area with heavy artillery. He noted that after that, the movement of drones began in the airspace of the area, "and through our forces' monitoring and follow-up of their movement, our combatant comrades were able to hit and shoot it down."

"We are always ready to protect all our regions"

At the end of his speech, he said: "Turkish occupation continues to target and bomb our areas, especially the town of Ain Issa and its countryside, and what happened today is the biggest proof of what we are saying, and it was not surprising for us, because Turkish occupation is a fascist and always targets civilians and tries to instill fear and terror in them. Without a doubt, this is not a normal matter. Aggression, killing and massacres have become their traits.

Ageed Girê Spî stressed that the fighters of Syria Democratic Forces "are ready to protect our region and all regions of north and east Syria from all attacks that affect it."

It is worth noting that Turkish occupation's drones have targeted villages and cities in north and east of Syria in previous times, on several times. Recently, Turkish occupation, through its drones committed several massacres against citizens.
