​​​​​​​2nd consultative meeting of SDC in Stockholm came out with a set of outcomes

While the closing session discussed, some thorny issues, other issuss were postponed to another meeting with aim of holding the conference of democratic forces and personalities.

The focal points of 2nd consultative meeting, according to the official SDF website:

1- Working for restoration of the country's unity and organization of democratic action

2 - Solving the thorny issues and discussing concept of the decentralized system which ensurs rights of all societal components.

3- Discussing the role of democrats in the next stage to unify them and restoring the national decision.

4- Discussing several proposals for work and its continuity between meetings through networking and communication.

5- Programming the next meeting so as to reach a structure for the desired conference.

It is noteworthy that SDC held the second consultative meeting in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, for two consecutive days (9-10 April this year),

with the participation of Syrian opposition forces, democratic figures and representatives of the American, British and Swiss foreign affairs.
