Adel Hadi: self- administration best solution to Syria crisis

On the latest developments in the Sweida Governorate in southern Syria ANHA made an interview with activist Adel Hadi who said the situation in the governorate is no longer bearable '' protests in the Sweida governorate come to put pressure on the government to make improvements to the economic arena and to lift the security grip and to stop corruption from the part of the government that exploit people in their earnings and livings''.   

Hadi said the government as usual recourses to the security option and increasing fans and making threats and making accusations to belittle the situation to avoid any solution.

On the future in the governorate Hadi said he expects the protests to continue as people are waiting for positive decisions to be passed adding the ''peaceful truck will go on and cannot be derailed by the government that tried by some agents and beneficiaries to break that line of peaceful protests''. 

Replying to a question Hadi said last Friday protesters issued a complete and an overall statement in which they said any political solution in Syria should be based on political transition and based on the UN Res 2254.

On the position adopted by the Syrian government Adel Hadi said the government embraces to impede the economic arena to add more burdens to those already shouldering the citizens, adding ''excessive centralization is a main reason ion addition to the pervasive corruption and ruling mentality based on repression and tyranny''. 

Hadi said the best solution is  self- administration based on decentralization that is not against the regulations of the local administration after making minor amendments to its articles that may put an end to the pervasive corruption and serve social justice in the country and revive Syria again economically''.
