Hasaka Canton with all its components and regions condemn the international conspiracy

Today, Hasaka Canton witnessed various public events, in "Hasaka, Darbasiya, Tal Tamr, Zarghan, Shadady, Al-Hol", denouncing the international conspiracy that targeted leader Abdullah Ocalan, on the 23 anniversary of the plot.

Thousands of people participated in it, along with sheikhs and dignitaries of Arab and Kurdish tribes, political parties, and administrators in AANES within the Canton.

Today, February 15, marks the 23 anniversary of the arrest of leader Abdullah Ocalan, who was exposed to an international conspiracy that began on October 9, 1998, with his departure from Syria, and his arrest in Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on February 15, 1999.

The activities included demonstrations and making statements, in which the people of the Canton denounced the plot, and stressed the continuation of the struggle for the leader to obtain his physical freedom, they also called on the community and international human rights organizations to assume their responsibilities for his release.

The demonstrators and participants carried pictures of Leader Ocalan, flags of Kurdistan Workers' Party, and placards that read, "With the struggle and resistance of the revolutionary people, we will defeat February 15 plot," "Yes to physical freedom of Leader APO, we condemn and denounce the international conspiracy against Leader APO."

Hasaka

Thousands of Hasaka city' people and its villages came out in a mass demonstration, which began with a minute of silence, then a member of General Council of Democratic Union Party, Abd al-Ghani Oso, said to the demonstrators: " leader Ocalan was not a party leader or called for national or sect, but was an internationalist leader who demanded a solution to all the issues of oppressed peoples."

Also, a member of Kongra Star coordination Walyda Bouty, confirmed, "Our stance proves to the whole world that the international conspiracy has failed when the people stood and set fire on themselves in protest against the global imperialist conspiracy that placed its interests above humanity and all international treaties."

Walyda Bouty indicated that the conspiracy will not affect the will of the peoples seeking for freedom and democracy, stressing that the peoples will continue to struggle against the conspiring countries until the physical liberation of leader Ocalan.

Darbasiya

In the same context, thousands of Darbasiya district' people took part in a similar demonstration, during which the co-chair of Democratic Union Party, Muhammad Khalaf, who denounced the international conspiracy against leader Ocalan, saying: "Hundreds of Darbasiya district' people and other towns in Rojava stood for their leader Ocalan, greatest response that the conspiracy against the leader had failed with the struggle of his people and by staying in the squares and demanding his physical liberation."

Khalaf indicated that "Ocalan's ideas and philosophy spread all over the world and that peoples' revolution who won in north and east Syria."

Tal Tamr

Hundreds of Tal Tamr district' people also went out in a condemning demonstration, in which Adnan Kalo, a member of General Council of PYD spoke, considering this day a black day for all peoples demanding freedom and democracy, and especially for the Kurdish people.

Kalo explained that Turkish occupation state, with the help of hegemonic powers, arrested leader Ocalan with the aim of undermining and ending the Kurdish people's revolution, He said, "They were thinking that the revolution that Ocalan started, is like previous revolutions, did not know that it was the revolution of the people and the toiling people."

Kalo called on the peoples to unite and raise the pace of struggle to achieve the physical freedom of leader Ocalan, and said: "We must unit, and we must work for the physical freedom of the leader and make his ideas and philosophy a path for us."

Shadady

In Shadady, the dignitaries and sheikhs of southern region of Hasaka demonstrated denouncing the international conspiracy against leader Ocalan.

After standing for a minute of silence in honor for martyrs' souls, Mustafa Ahmed, administrator in PYD in Hasaka Canton, said: "Through this day, we salute the resistance of the heroes in Syria Democratic Forces in Peoples' Hammer Campaign, who confronted a new conspiracy against AANES, through the attack launched by ISIS with the support of Turkish occupation state, on Al-Sina'a prison in Gweran neighborhood."

He stressed that the peoples of the region are insisting that this year be the year of victories, and the year of international recognition of Autonomous Administration.

Zarghan

While Zarghan people denounced the international conspiracy that targeted leader Ocalan, via a statement read by the administrator in Kongra Star, Salwa Haji Muhammad.

The statement denounced the international conspiracy, adding: "Enough for the violations committed by Turkish state against leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali prison."

stressed on the need for "Turkish state to be held accountable by human rights organizations, and the international community must break its silence regarding these violations," and that the conspiracy against leader Ocalan, is a conspiracy that targeted the entire oppressed peoples, and that the aim of his arrest was to end the resistance of these peoples. The statement concluded by declaring that there is no life without the leader.

Al-Hol

Al-Hol district' people, in the presence of the dignitaries and sheikhs of the region's clans, and the participation of hundreds of district' people, also condemned the international conspiracy that targeted leader Ocalan, through a statement, which was read by of the administrator of PYD office in the district, Ammar Hussen.

the statement reads "The plot that was planned by capitalist countries, which targeted leader Ocalan, came to strike the freedom movement, and the liberation thought that was called by leader Abdullah Ocalan, Kurdish people and the peoples seeking for freedom,".

He continued, "The aim of this conspiracy was to seize Middle East, which leader Abdullah Ocalan was able to thwart through his ideas and theses, through democratic nation project, so the conspiracy was planned by conspiring countries, especially Turkey, Britain, America, and Israel, to kidnap the leader."

The statement also denounced the attacks of Turkish occupation state on  NES, and its killing of innocent civilians, stressing the readiness of  NES people to defend themselves and their land, and their continuation to struggle according to leader Ocalan approach until the liberation of the occupied territories by Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries.

And that today, the cities and regions of north and east Syria, as well as various parts of the world, witnessed various events and activities, on the 23 anniversary of the international conspiracy that targeted leader Abdullah Ocalan, condemning and denouncing it.
