​​​​​​​On the 23 anniversary of the international conspiracy... Ocalan's lawyers submit a request to meet him

Today (February 15, 2022), leader Ocalan' lawyers (Radia Ozturk, Ibrahim Bilmez, Mazlum Deng and Gengez Yorkly) reviewed Public Prosecution Office of Bursa and Imrali Prison Directorate, in order to meet their client.

Today marks the 23 anniversary of  kidnapping Leader Ocalan in Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on February 15, 1999, following an international conspiracy that is still continuing against him through the isolation and torture.

Leader Ocalan since then been detained in high-security Imrali prison, and faces strict isolation imposed by Turkish authorities, although his lawyers submit requests to meet with him twice a week, but they don't get any response.

On November 29, 2021, Turkish authorities imposed new sanctions against Leader Ocalan, banning him from meeting with lawyers for 6 months, starting from last October 12, and preventing him from meeting his family for 3 months starting from last August 18.

Leader's last contact with the outside world was on March 25, 2021, during a phone call with his brother, Muhamad Ocalan, that lasted 5 minutes, then the call was cut off, while last meeting with him was held by his lawyers, Rezan Sareja and Nowroz Uysal, on August 7, 2019.
