Hajine, four years of liberation

After the biggest town in eastern Deir Ezzor was liberated from ISIS its people returned home and began to clear their town of mines planted by ISIS that spread disruption and disorder in the town. ISIS destroyed the infrastructure by 50 % before being liberated by Syrian Democratic Forces.

Hajine lies on the eastern bank of River Euphrates some 110 km to the city of Deir Ezzor and 35 from the city of Albu Kamal.

And though the town is open to a vast desert it is secure due to the heartily rendered cooperation of its people with the security forces to presser peace and security in the whole region.

Co-chair of the Hajine Council Saleh Salman said: after four years of liberation many achievements were attained, roads, streets schools and associations were rehabilitated and all agrarian societies were reactivated again''. 

While head of the Agrarian Societies in Hajine Khalil Mohamed said: since the region was liberated as a whole we sought to reactivate all Agrarian Societies but due to lack of capabilities we were able just to revive five of these and in this year we are going to revive the remainder''. 

While on the educational arena Co-chair of the Education and Training Committee in eastern Deir Ezzor Ahmed Shibli said: after the liberation of the town we made voluntary teams made up of 325 male and female teachers to rehabilitate the schools that were not destroyed'', saying 18 schools were destroyed.

Co-chair of the Hajine Municipality Hatimi Lawha said: since the municipality was established we set to rehabilitate the infrastructure the most important sanitation channels and paving the roads.

Hatimi added the Main Road of 42 km was rehabilitated and 75% of the streets were lit and rehabilitating the Hajine Circle and activating five bakeries of which the Main Bakery that provide bread to people on daily bases''.  

Administrator in the Internal Security Forces and in charge of Checkpoints Security Ismael Saleh told ANHA '' the situation in the eastern part is general  better than other areas. This is a fruit of cooperation between us and people of the town''.

Saleh said after the liberation of the eastern countryside proper the Internal Security Forces to preserve peace and stability to deter any potential attacks by internal cells of ISIS supported by Turkey'

Head of Syria's Future Party in eastern Deir Ezzor Mohamed Zayed said ''internal and external parts seek to subvert the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria by whom the north eastern Syria region was liberated from the ISIS terror noting the coherence of people with Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and the Syrian Democratic Forces will subvert all schemes''.

Zayed said ''after four years of liberation of Hajine by the SDF local committees and civil associations were commenced to work as locals returned home gradually and in a short period of time the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria was able to overcome all hardships and return life again to the area by rehabilitating education and infrastructure''.

''today people of the region well know that the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is the best example to exit Syria from its crisis by their backing of people with the SDF to combat terror'', Zayed said.

Zayed said after the declaration of the liberation process people of the region joined the SDF side by side of other components in trenches against ISIS terror''.

Zayed went on to say the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria is targeted by many regional and international powers the first of which is Turkish occupation state that works out to support terror in Syrian territories to strike at peace and stability in the region. 

From time to another ISIS cells target civil associations and military posts as well tribal chiefs but with the complementary of people with SDF and our civil administration we will subvert all schemes and plots and we will proceed until a political recognition is given to Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
