​​​​​​​Myriad Crimes against indigenous people and nature in occupied Afrin

The Turkish occupation and its gangs continue to commit crimes against the indigenous people in the occupied canton of Afrin by kidnapping, torturing them and asking for ransoms to release them, whereas the nature has not been spared from their brutality by cutting trees and selling them in the markets.

In the past two days, the occupation and its mercenaries committed a number of crimes against the citizens and nature in the occupied canton of Afrin.

" Last Thursday, February 10, the mercenaries of "Sultan Murad" kidnapped two citizens from the village of Quta, in Bulbul district, Afrin canton. They are Kamal Rashid Jaafar (47 years old) and Ahmed Mustafa Jaafar (48 years old), from one family", according to a source.

In the context, Al-Sharqiy army mercenaries unjustly cut down 20 olive trees in the village of Qila, in Janders district, which belongs to lawyer Faeq Sido from the residents of the village of Ishka al-Sharqiya in Janders district.

Turkish - backed Hamzat Division also completely cut down 6 olive trees between the villages of "Qirba and Qajoman" in Janders district, which belong to the citizen "Shamseddin" from occupied canton of Afrin.

Another source stated that a mercenary from Al-Hamzat Division, sold apartment of the displaced citizen Walid Nabo from the village of Kafr Zeit in the Ashrafieh neighborhood, for $1,500 to another mercenary from the town of Tell Daman in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

The source added that cases of selling agricultural lands have increased recently in villages of Tal Tawil and Gomka in the center of Afrin canton, in addition village of Kemar, without being able to document the names IDPs who sold their lands to settlers mercenaries.
