 In continuation of the campaigns of political extermination and the suppression of freedoms, including freedom of expression and thought, a patrol of the Turkish occupation state authorities raided, in the early hours of the morning, the home of journalist Nurcan Yalcin in the city of Bakûr’s Amed, and arrested her for unknown reasons.

 The Kurdish journalist was transferred to the "Anti-Terrorism" division of the Security Directorate in the city of Amed, and interviews with lawyers were banned for 24 hours, according to Roj News.

 There is a tragic reality in Turkey under the rule of one individual, where the crimes of political genocide and the suppression of freedoms against the Kurds in particular, and democratic opponents in Turkey in general.
