ANHA obtains exclusive footage of ISIS terrorists surrender in Sina’a prison

Hours ago, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces, SDF, issued a statement to the public opinion, confirming the success of their forces during precise security and military operations they carried out during the past few days to control the dangerous security conditions in the largest part of the al-Sina'a prison in al-Hasakah.

And the Syrian Democratic Forces imposed the surrender of ISIS mercenaries who participated in the disobedience operations and the attack on al-Sina'a prison.

ANHA agency's reporter, Akram Barakat, was able to reach Geweran prison and document the defeat of ISIS cells that attacked the prison, and their surrender to the Syrian Democratic Forces after they were tightened inside the prison and forced to surrender.

The scenes show the exit of ISIS mercenaries in groups from inside some prison buildings on the western side, amid a great security tightening from the Internal Security Forces, and large military reinforcements for the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Since Thursday evening last week, the city of al-Hasakah witnessed strong clashes between the Internal Security Forces with the support of SDF on the one hand, and the attacking ISIS mercenary cells on the other hand, after ISIS cells launched an attack on Geweran prison designated for the detention of ISIS mercenaries.
