Batch 49 exits al- Hol Camp

Today the batch 49 was conducted by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria from the al-Hol Camp for those Syrians willing to leave the camp to their homes.

In accordance with the decision passed on 10 October 2020 supplementary to the meeting held on 5 October 2020 between the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria with the Syria's Democratic Council, the Social Affairs and Work Body and the Internal Affairs Body stipulating Syrian IDPs living in the al-Hol Camp could return home after providing all necessary documents, today a new batch of the Deir Ezzor people was carried out t the AANES.

The work is done in close coordination with the Internal Security Bodies and Deir Ezzor Civil Council.

Today's batch was made up of 217 persons making all 53 families from northern and eastern rural Deir Ezzor.

In charge of the Exit Office of the camp Munir Mohamed told ANHA that this is the very first of its kind in 2022.

According to latest statistics, the camp houses 57460 persons mostly women and children of 15603 families of Syrians, Iraqis and ISIS women and children from 54 nationalities.
