Nadine Maenza: Drone attacks destabilize NES

Nadine Maenza, Chair of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom who is on a visit to North eastern Syria has said : ''drone attacks on civilians is destabilizing NE Syria''. Maenza added ''U.S. and the Global Coalition countries should pressure Turkey to stop''.

The tweet released by Nadine Maenza follows the Turkish drone attacks carried yesterday by Turkish occupation forces on Kobane  that led to martyrdoms and injuries as well the most appalling was the case of child Ebdo Mustafa Hanifi whose leg was amputated that received wide popular condemnation.

Maenza called on the United States of America and countries partners in the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS to put pressure on Turkey to stop these attacks against the people of North and East Syria.

Worth to note, yesterday, violent shelling was carried out by the Turkish occupation forces on four different locations in Kobane city in addition to a number of villages in eastern Kobane; Tal Hajib, Qere Mogh, Goran, Khane, Goltepe and Serzori that led to a martyrdom and 12 injuries including women and children some in critical conditions.
