Semalk Sit-in activity proceeds as PDK holds martyrs

The sit –in activity at the Semalk Border Crossing goes on as betrayal of the Kurdistan Democratic Party was condemned by participants.

For the 95 days in a row, people of North and East Syria proceed to converge on the Semalk Border Crossing to take party in the sit-in demanding bodies of martyrs ambushed in Khelifan in August the last be handed over to families.

Up to date Kurdistan Democratic Party pays no attention to all calls made and peaceful bids undertaken by the NES people and human and legal associations to deliver bodies of martyrs to their families in Rojava. 

Today, Co-chair of the Girke Lege District Neroj Ahmed made a speech in which she said: ''the Sit-In activity will proceed at the Semalk Border Crossing until bodies of martyrs are handed over''.

''mother of Peace and Revolutionary Youths headed to the border crossing to of the Faishkhabur to hand over a message to the authorities of PDK to respond to martyrs' families demands but that was met by closing humanitarian crossings''.
