Mohamed Reshid: Jeffrey statements to legitimize occupation 

Recently former U.S. Special Representative to Syria James Franklin Jeffrey made statements claiming that mercenaries and all figures accomplice to the crimes committed in Sere Kaniye and Gire Spi/Tal Abyad/ occupied by Turkey and its mercenary groups were tried and held accountable ignoring the presence by the Turkish occupation forces on Syrian oil all other acts against the Syrian people in general and the Kurds in particular.

On the issue, Mohamed Reshid, Head of the Syria's Future Party in Afrin-Shahba was interviewed by ANHA, saying ''the latest statements made by James Jeffrey calming that all mercenaries who committed war crimes were tried serve Turkish interests and discharges into giving legitimacy to the occupation and presence of Turkish forces in the region.

Reshid said mercenary groups that committed war crimes in Afrin and Sere Kaniye and other areas all behave under direct supervision of the Turkish intelligence services.

Reshid stressed the statements made by Jeffrey run to give legitimacy to the Turkish occupation of Syrian territories, '' the mere presence by the Turkish occupation state on Syrian soil is a crime and occupation, hence the international community including Jeffrey ought to realise Turkey should be exited and held accountable for crimes and atrocities it committed in all areas under occupation''.

Reshid went on to say these groups that Jeffrey claims were tried and held accountable were trained and sponsored by the Turkish state and were thrown into engagements against the Kurds and to commit crimes en masse. 

Ahmed Reshid said crimes such as abduction and demographic changes in occupied areas are still proceeding. Adding all run in close instructions given by the Turkish army.

Reshid said the capture and transfer of Afrin people by the Turkish occupation mercenary groups to Turkish territories to be tried is a crimes itself on which Turkey should be held accountable.
