Christians: Erdogan encroaches upon Christians-Kurds-Arabs

Recently attacks and breaches committed by the Turkish occupation state against north eastern Syria are on the rise, and more specifically on Tal Tamr and Zarghan in the Hasaka Canton as well in the Kobane Canton. In this relation, the Darbassiye Christians considered policies adopted by Erdogan are hostile to humanity and democracy.

Mufid Kokis says the attacks against NES and more notably on adjacent areas to frontlines are not new, '' we are already accustomed to the Turkey's barbarity, and its hostility to the people of the region''.  According to Kokis the Turkish occupation state does not have any humanitarian values, ''  Turkey does have neither humanity, democracy nor civilization. It does not recognize the other whatever his religion or nationality''.

Kokis says people in the region live together in peace, the Turanic Turkey does not accept co-habitation, laying stress '' prior to the Jesus nationalities existed, there were Hittites, Arameans and Medes, all lived peacefully.''

Korkis called on the Turkish people to resist Erdogan policies, '' we consider Turks a friendly people, what is being said on Erdogan does not apply to the Turkish people''.

From his part, Ya'qube Dra says policies embraced by Erdogan run contradictory to ethics and humanity, and usher in malignancy and evil to all peoples, as it occupies others' territories, and invades others with its radical mentality under the clock of Islam, adding he should embrace humanity instead of  embracing any religion''.

Ya'qube added Erdogan breaches upon the rights of Christians, Kurds and Arabs without any distinction, laying stress that we are absolutely against the Turkish occupation 100 %''.  Ya'qube said Turkey seeks to revive Ottoman legacy and the hard proof to that is the transformation of the historical Hagia Sophia church into a mosque. 

The Turkish Supreme Court adopted on 10 June 2020 a decision to transform the Hagia Sohpia Church into a mosque to be a fourth byzantine church transformed into a church in the reign of Erdogan.
