​​​​​​​Zergan residents confirm that guarantor countries must assume its responsibilities  

During the past two days, the town of Zargan and its northern, southern and western villages were subjected to intense artillery shelling by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, from their bases in the occupied villages of Bab al-Khair and al-Dawdiyah.

The bombing targeted the villages of "Al-Assadiya, Al-Rabiat, Mahramleh, Tal Amir, Mazra and Tal Al-Ward", in addition to the western neighborhoods of the town and its popular market. The town was bombarded with artillery and missile shells, and the number, according to a statement by the Internal Security Forces in NE, Syria, reached more than 60 shells, which led to the death of 4 civilians: “Maleka Ahmed al-Eid, 30 years old, and her elderly mother, Fasla al-Eid, 60 years old, from the village of al-Rabiat, And the citizens, Saleh Hamid and Mohammad Khair Alyan, from the village of Al-Asadiya.

The Turkish bombing of the town of Zargan caused significant material damage to homes and civilian property.

In this context, ANHA’s agency interviewed with a number of Zargan residents, whose homes were completely destroyed and bombed.

Zargan district has been subjected from noon until late at night to continuous bombardment by the Turkish occupier and its mercenaries," said Abdul Aziz Shawakh Al-Kanaou, a resident of Zargan district.

Abdul Aziz Al-Kanaou added, "More than 6 shells fell in my house, which led to the complete destruction of my house."

Al-Kanaou called on international and humanitarian organizations to put pressure the Turkish occupier and stop its attacks on civilians.

On her part, Amina Al-Ahmad, from the Zargan district, said, "For thirty years, we have been living in this house, and it was all destroyed by the hours of bombing by the Turkish occupier."

Amina Al-Ahmad confirmed that, despite the continuous bombing of their homes, they will not leave their lands and will cling to their homes, whatever the cost.

"The Turkish occupier bombarded the Zargan district and its villages with all kinds of heavy weapons indiscriminately, and the bombing extended to villages in Tal Tamr district as well, especially populated places," said the citizen from Zargan district, Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Hussein.

Mahmoud Al-Hussein noted, "What is the fault of the people in everything that happens, where are the humanitarian and international organizations, for all these violations committed by the Turkish occupier happen before their eyes."

At the end of his speech, Mahmoud Al-Hussein confirmed that, despite the violations and continuous bombing of the town, they continue to remain in their homes and lands.
