Zilan Tal Tamr: We not to allow occupiers to loot our land, displace our people

 The Commander of the TMC evaluated the recent attacks launched by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on Tal Tamr district and its countryside.

 She told our agency: "There are many components in Tel Tamer district as the Kurds, Arabs, Assyrian and Syriac people as well, the district which enjoys stability."

 She added, "Since the beginning of the revolution, the people of Tal Tamr have experienced wars, battles and resistance. This situation is no longer strange to its people, especially since the Turkish occupation has prepared a new attack on Tal Tamr recently, mobilizing on the borders."

 She indicated that the attacks have continued on the villages of Tel Shanan, Al-Dardara, Tel Jumaa and Tel Kaifji.  Recently, the villages of Al-Dardara, Tal Shanan, Kozliya and Tal al-Lubban have been subjected to attacks and infiltration attempts by mercenary groups.

 Zilan Tal Tamr also pointed out that the Turkish occupation targeted key facilities, which is considered a war crime according to international humanitarian law, and said: "The occupiers do not aim to carry out military attacks only, but also the civilians, in order to subdue them.”

 And she continued: "The occupying Turkish state must realize that our people will not submit to it. The will of the residents of Tal Tamr is strong. They are resisting and living on their land despite the attacks and bombing. The fact that this land is theirs is undeniable. This people continues to resist and shows their readiness to stand up to the occupation;  In the city of Tal Tamr, the residents, men and women, protect and guard their neighborhoods and streets.

 Zilan Tal Tamr confirmed that the position of the Tal Tamr Military Council is clear, "which is that we will protect our people; we have raised our readiness to confront any ground or air attack. We will not allow the occupiers to loot our land and displace our people."

 She concluded by saying: "We address our people by saying that we will win this revolution if our people support us, and we will not allow the occupiers to occupy our land and property. We have entered a new stage. We pledge to our people to achieve great victories."
