​​​​​​​Lawyers' Union: presence in region of ISIS is a grave danger

Holding thousands of ISIS mercenaries in jails run by Syrian Democratic Forces in the region is a grave issue that raises concerns more specially some of them try time and another to escape or disobey inside these jails as many foreign powers Turkey most notable to render facilities to make tem break away with the aim to re-formulate tem in Syria anew to carry out terrorist acts. 

Earlier observers warned against the inaction regarding non prosecution of ISIS mercenaries particularly foreign ones whose countries of origin refuse to repatriate them or to render any help to set up tribunals.  

In an interview with ANHA head of the Lawyers' Union of North and East Syria Mishlib Turkan indicated '' concentration of ISIS mercenaries in NES jails has become a grave danger to the region at large, more on the economic and security fields. We, lawyers in NES, fell the grave danger inherent in ISIS gatherings in the region''.  

Mishlib considered mercenaries as detonated bombs in the region that pose threat to the region and the world at large.  '' peoples of North and East Syria are concerned with the presence in the region of ISIS specifically after  latest incidents in northern Iraq that re-organized themselves and it is possible they cross into Syria and pose dangers to the region again''.  

From another point of view, Mishlib shed light on the big economic burdens the Autonomous Administration of North and Syria shoulder such as fortifying jails and feeding these mercenaries that amount to three SY millions, on mercenaries held in jails or their families living in camps.

Mishlin Turkan indicated ''there is an inaction from the part of the international community in dealing with the ISIS issue either to set up a tribunal or for their countries of origin to repatriate them''.

In a relevant issue, Turkan laid stress on the ''necessity to hold accountable terror sponsoring countries and deterring them a well more notably Turkey that had the biggest role in sponsoring mercenaries since they were established confirming that Turkish occupation and its threats to North and East Syria are merely attempts to revive ISIS anew''.
