It was reported that they are receiving good treatment in prison.

He added: "We have an administration and we respect its decisions, whether they are security or organizational, and we abide by them and respect all the decisions of the Internal Security Forces, because this administration is the one that protects us."

Mustafa Saleh, aged 85, was arrested on October 18th, and his cousin Marwan Saleh, aged 45, was arrested on October 17th.

As for his son, Mustafa's brother, Wafaa Ali, she condemned the news published by media outlets loyal to the Kurdistan Democratic Party, emphasizing: "These channels are trying to defame the reputation of our family and our administration, and we do not accept that."

She went on to say, media seeks to defame the truth and to spread the lies, the truth will be shown whatever the Autonomous Administration decision and laws that applied on the citizen, we are ready to implement it and respect its decision.”
