Arab tribes call for dialogue to reach a comprehensive settlement of the Syrian crisis

Tribes notables confirmed, during the meeting of tribes notables in southern region of Hasaka, which was held yesterday evening, in Al-Shadady district of Hasaka.

The meeting was held to discuss the latest political, military and economic developments that the country is going through.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed the political situation, in addition to discussing service matters in the region, and how tribes organize themselves during the next year, emphasizing their support for AANES and SDF.

One of Zubayda tribe' sheikhs, Sheikh Ragheb al-Faris, told our agency, "The importance of the meeting is for increasing cohesion, solidarity, and participating in everything that relate the development of Autonomous Administration, and coming up with common visions about what the region is going through."

Al-Fares emphasized  the notables' support for the Autonomous Administration, that represents all spectrums of society.

stressed their solidarity and standing with SDF, against any force that attacks their lands, and their readiness to repel any targeting of NES lands, and that SDF are the only ones capable of establishing security and stability in the region.

The meeting discussed the "settlement" that taking place in the Syrian cities, especially in Dara'a and Deir al-Zor, during which the notables affirmed their rejection of any "individual settlement", If they don’t recognize the Autonomous Administration and the specificity of SDF.

The notables agreed that the solution depends on the Syrian dialogue, and through the Autonomous Administration project, because it have all the components and is not limited to one race or nationality, noting that it is the solution to preserve the unity of Syria’s land that everyone is trying to reach to end the crisis in Syria, and the salvation from the military escalation.
