A source from Afrin said that the Turkish intelligence (MIT), accompanied by the mercenary groups, kidnapped nine citizens from the village of Maamlo in the Rajo district of occupied Afrin, under false pretexts and accusations.

The source mentioned that the kidnapped are: "Ahmed Khalil Faris, Qader Sabri Faris, Ahmed Muhammad Ibrahim, Khalil Othman, Salah Othman, Najib Kurdi, Muhammad Hussein Beko, Subhi Omar, and Shukri Omar."

The source indicated that the mercenaries asked the families of the abductees for 2,000 Turkish liras to release them, stressing that their fate is still unknown until this moment.

Since the beginning of last October, Turkish intelligence has kidnapped about 20 citizens from the same village, and according to private sources, about 100 names of the villagers are on the kidnapping list by Turkish intelligence and its mercenaries.
