We have no hidden agenda other than a democratic solution to the Kurdish issue. The search for a State, which is the basis for the creation of conflicts and problems between peoples, is not true. In our view, a free and democratic life should not be pursued within the framework of statehood and demarcation. "

He stressed that they wanted Kurdish political forces to work more effectively in developing Kurdish - Arab unity in both Iraq and Syria. He said: "The Kurds must transcend the narrow nationalist approaches in Baghdad and Damascus. Because the foundation of the Kurdish - Arab alliance exists primarily in Iraq and Syria, this changes the face of the Middle East. 

In response to a question about their position if Turkey announced a return to the path of the peace process in the near future, Jamil Bayik responded: "So far, Turkey has not entered into a process of genuine dialogue. The Justice and Development Party (AKP) government has benefited from the climate of non-conflict and has pursued a policy of distraction in order to maintain and strengthen its power, we have also made an effort to prepare public opinion and to bring the Government of the AKP and the State into the process of resolution. However, our efforts have not been sufficient to get the AKP Government and the State to take a step towards a solution. When they saw that the Kurdish people were getting stronger in many ways, they prepared a plan to thwart the solution and turned to attack. Now they're fully focused on libertarian movement eradicating, they think they can't keep their power without war. So, for this reason, the AKP does not stop this war, nor does it enter into any process of dialogue. Of course, if they say we stop the war, we will release the political detainees and we want to solve the problem through dialogue. We will bring the matter to Parliament and resolve it, our response will be positive. Bayik said: "We are not seeking a solution to the Kurdish issue in the form of a State or establishing an independent state. Leader Abdullah Ocalan has repeatedly put forward a road map for Democratic Autonomous Administration, DAA, he proposed the formula for the dissolution of the state as well as democracy. The state may also exist in Kurdistan, but it must recognize democracy, AANES, and the democratic independence of the Kurdish people, the existence of the Kurds must be constitutionally guaranteed and AANES must be recognized on the basis of freedom of language, culture and identity. We agree on a solution that would eliminate concerns about Turkey's territorial integrity and political unity. It won't be hard for us to come to terms with Turkey on the way to democracy. 'The divergence of views within AANES does not mean that there are problems'

Bayik pointed out that having different views on some practical issues within the Department in Rojava did not mean that there was a problem among them. He said: "We do not believe that an ideological and political view will be defended other than the political ideological line of leader Abdullah Ocalan in Rojava, the people of Rojava are faithful to leader “Abo” with his men and women.
