ENKS supports Turkish state and its mercenaries

The Kurdish National Council, the ENKS, has been working with the enemies since the beginning of the Rojava revolution, playing with the national values of the Kurdish people, and becoming a supporter of the Turkish state and its mercenaries in occupied Afrin.

At the start of the Syrian conflict, the Kurdish parties formed a movement called the "Kurdish National Initiative". on May 11, 2011. Shortly after that, the Kurdish National Council was formed on October 24 of the same year, by a decision of Masoud Barzani, then President of the Kurdistan region, with the participation of 11 parties. Observers point out that the Kurdish National Council, which was formed at that time, was organized specifically to eliminate the "Kurdish National Movement Initiative." After 5 other parties joined the Kurdish National Council in May 2012, the Kurdish National Council was weakened in all respects. Where the Kurdish National Council was formed by 5 parties managed by the Kurdistan Democratic Party. The Kurdish National Council was established by 11 parties who had an active role in its formation. But after the liquidation of many parties, the National Council became under the control of 5 parties led by the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

They are financed by the Turkish intelligence services

The parties and personalities that run the Council are; The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria - Saoud al-Mulla, the Kurdish National Democratic Party - Taher Safouk, the Kurdish Democratic Equality Party - Nemat Daoud, the Kurdish Reform Party - Faisal Yusef, the Syrian Kurdish Yekiti Party - Ibrahim Berro.

The leaders of these five parties joined the meetings taking place in Turkey many times, in order to eliminate the gains of the Rojava revolution. They also made deals with Turkish intelligence services. These five politicians were funded by the Turkish state.

Since its establishment, the Council has not fought for the Kurds in Rojava. He then joined the so-called Syrian National Coalition, which consists entirely of mercenary groups specially those trained to serve the secret agendas of the Turkish state in Syria. They move according to the will of the Turkish state. These mercenary organizations are carrying out an intelligence mission for the Turkish state in Syria.

This mercenary organization also played a role in opening the door to the occupation of Jarablus and al-Bab, by changing the dress of ISIS mercenaries.

The mercenaries of the National Coalition, including the ENKS, played a role in the occupation of Afrin, Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî, and in the displacement of tens of thousands of Rojava residents.

Responsibility for occupying Afrin

Before the occupation of Afrin in 2018, a meeting was held in Dilok (Antab) with the participation of members of the ENKS. In this meeting, which was announced in the media, the "Local Council of Afrin" was established and Hassan Shendi was appointed as the head of the council. He is from the city of Afrin and a member of the Freedom Party (Azadi), which joined the Kurdish Council in 2011. In 2014, the Syrian Kurdish Democratic Party (Parti) united with the two branches of the Freedom Party (Azadi) led by Mustafa Juma and Mustafa Oso, and the Kurdistan Yekiti Party to form the party The Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria. The Azadi party was dissolved. But continued within these parties and became an active member of the Council. The active member of the Kurdish National Council is responsible for the massacres and kidnappings that are taking place against hundreds of civilians in Afrin. In fact, this example shows the extent of the Kurdish National Council's interest in Kurdish nationalism, which it takes cover on every occasion.

Shendi said, in an interview with the Turkish newspaper Yeni Şafak, known for its closeness to the Justice and Development Party on April 1, 2018: “The seeds of oppression that the PKK planted in two months cannot be removed, to eliminate this danger there we must work with Turkey. The Arabic language becomes the language of teaching instead of the Kurdish language, but we also want the Kurdish language to be an optional." The Kurdish National Council groups within the "Syrian National Army" participated in the occupation of Afrin, with six battalions under the name of the Samarkand Brigade. Kurdish National Council officials announced that, in addition to the Turkish army and the mercenaries of the Syrian National Army, there are 4 armed groups affiliated with them that have joined the operation to occupy Afrin.

What did they talk about?

Our agency published classified documents, reports and letters from 16 Turkish meetings with KNC officials, MIT, PDK, and US officials in 2019. The reports, written by KNC officials themselves, contain interesting information.

The Council leaders such as Ibrahim Berro, Kamiran Hajo, Abd al-Hakim Bashar, Siamand Hajo, and Abd al-Basit Hammo met between 2016 and 2019; 16 times with Turkish intelligence in Dilok, Ankara and Istanbul, 12 times with the intelligence agencies of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Erbil, and 4 times with American officials. The names of the intelligence members who participated in the meetings appeared in the press.

The position of the Council is in fact no different from the position of Jabhat al-Nusra and the remnants of its mercenaries that occupied Serêkaniyê in 2012, and ISIS mercenaries who targeted the Kurdish people by order of the Turkish state in 2014.

Today, the attacks of Al-Nusra mercenaries and ISIS backed by the Turkish state, aimed at eliminating the Rojava revolution, are similar to the attacks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party on the language, culture and revolution of Rojava.

The Kurdish National Council, which has acted with the enemies and cooperated with the Turkish intelligence services since the beginning of the Rojava revolution, has not been able to break the will of the Kurdish people. The Kurdish National Council is an obstacle standing in the way of the political entity of Rojava. It supports the Turkish state and its mercenaries when they are in trouble.

The Kurdish National Council calls on the people of Afrin to die

The Kurdish National Council is promoting the return of the people of Afrin to their homes, but it ignores in front of everyone's eyes the massacres committed against civilians, the kidnappings and the disappearance of dozens of civilians at the hands of mercenaries. In addition to destroying the cemeteries of martyrs and civilians. Dozens of people who returned to Afrin, because of this propaganda, were kidnapped and tortured by mercenaries. The Secretary-General of the Kurdish Democratic Left Party in Syria, Salih Kado, explained that the policies of the Kurdish National Council are similar to the attacks of mercenaries that tried to suppress the Rojava revolution, and said: "Many gains have emerged with the Rojava revolution, we have provided thousands of martyrs and wounded in the war against mercenaries." ISIS and other terrorist organizations.This stage was a historical stage for the Kurds, the current situation in Afrin is now clearly visible to all human rights institutions and organizations.Human rights organizations have prepared reports on the crimes of the Turkish state and its mercenaries.The Turkish state is currently working with the Kurdish National Council, to justify its occupation and gain legitimacy.”

Before this they also held a meeting with the Turkish state in Dilok, and now also the Turkish state uses the Kurdish National Council. I do not think that this project will succeed, it is unacceptable for the Kurdish National Council to work for the benefit of the Turkish state."

Salih Kado said that the Kurdish National Council has pledged itself to the Turkish state. He said: "If the Kurdish National Council really cares about the interests of the Kurdish people, it should not become part of the Syrian coalition that occupies Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî, they should not become partners in killing the Kurdish people, the people of Rojava will never accept this situation, and the council must The KDP immediately clarified its position on this matter.

Salih Kado stated that the Kurdish National Council has not served the Kurdish people once since it joined the coalition. At the end of his assessment, Kado said: "The Kurdish National Council does not serve the Kurdish people. It moves under the banner of the coalition that committed massacres against the Kurdish people. The coalition is the biggest enemy of the Kurdish people. And it hosts the Kurds more than the Damascus government.
