TEV-DEM calls on Kurds to rise to the occasion

On the assassination of struggler Yasin Bukut yesterday in Sulaimaniye in Southern Kurdistan at the hands of the Turkish MIT on which a statement was issued reads:

''day after another dirty hands of the Turkish occupation state target Kurdish national figures everywhere via different ways related to intelligence services backed by it agents and nets exploiting the political vacuum in Iraq and Syria and the region at large.

Nowadays the Turkish state adopts a new scheme in targeting Kurds showing its hatred and despite to the Kurds towards our Kurdish people and its values in targeting strugglers and fighters.

Struggler Yasin Bukut (Shukri Serhed) who was receiving treatment was martyred yesterday in Sulaimaniye but it is not the very first of its kind by the fascist Turkish state but a continuation to those in Makhmur and Shengal and other areas that indicates extension of its intelligence nets in cities of Southern Kurdistan to impose its criminal policies relevant to Kurds to accept complicity and surrender and giving up Kurdish values that indicates it it’s the one that preserves security not Internal Security Forces of Southern Kurdistan.

We call on our people to be vigilant and cautious against Turkish policies and to rise to the occasion to stop all these policies against our people''.
